These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all appointments, services, purchases, and use of facilities at Your Health Solutions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or entering our facility, you agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • The deposit will be applied toward your service at checkout or held as a credit if applicable.
  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
    • Forfeiture of the deposit or
    • A $100 cancellation fee, whichever is greater
  • Fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

2. Appointment-Only Facility

Your Health Solutions operates by appointment only. Walk-ins are not guaranteed service.

3. Consultations & Treatment Suitability

  • Certain services may require a consultation prior to treatment.
  • We reserve the right to decline, postpone, or modify a service if it is deemed medically, ethically, or professionally inappropriate.
  • Clients must provide complete and accurate medical history and disclose medications or conditions that may affect treatment.

Results vary by individual and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

4. Payments & Cashless Policy

  • All payments are due at the time of service.
  • Your Health Solutions is a cashless facility.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA where applicable.
  • Packages, memberships, and prepaid services are subject to the same cancellation and usage policies unless otherwise stated.

5. Promotions, Packages & Discounts

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
  • All sales, packages, and promotional pricing are final.
  • Packages, credits, and promotional services are non-transferable and have no cash value.

6. Client Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and welcoming environment.

  • Disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or abusive behavior may result in:
    • Immediate dismissal from the facility
    • Forfeiture of deposits, packages, or future services
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. Facility Safety & Security Cameras

For safety and operational purposes, security cameras are used in non-treatment areas only, such as entrances, hallways, and reception spaces.
No recording occurs in treatment rooms or private areas.

By entering our facility, you consent to this monitoring.

8. Website & Informational Use

Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Use of the website must comply with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Health Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services, appointments, or website use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
